Frequently Asked Questions About Website Care Plans
Is a care plan required after my website launch?
It is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended. An unmanaged website is a security and performance risk. The care plan is what ensures the investment you made in your website continues to pay off over time rather than becoming a liability.
What counts toward the 1 hour of monthly updates in Care+?
Copy changes, image updates, and minor page adjustments all count. New page builds, redesigns, or significant structural changes are separate projects.
What happens if I cause an issue on my own site?
We will assess what happened and quote the fix before starting any work. Client-caused issues fall outside standard plan coverage. We will always be upfront about that before committing to a repair.
Does my domain registration renew automatically?
One domain registration or renewal per year is included in your plan. We manage the renewal on your behalf so it never lapses accidentally. Additional domains managed under your account are passed through at cost.
What is the support turnaround for each plan?
Website Care: acknowledgment within 2 business days, issue resolution within 4 business days. Website Care+: acknowledgment within 1 business day, completion within 2 business days. Both are Monday through Friday. Weekend and after-hours support is not included in either plan.
